This is a side effect of long-distance air travel, it has the ability of making your body think it’s in a different time zone than your current destination which can make you tired, irritable and run down. The best treatment for jetlag is to sleep, however you may find this difficult and need sleeping tablets. Also ensure you lifestyle and diet are healthy and avoid tea coffee and alcoholic drinks when jetlag first sets in as this will make you feel worse.
